Sulma Montero was born in La Paz – Bolivia, 1968. Higher education in Literature, Design and Arts.
She participated in different anthologies in Bolivia, South America and Europe.
Some of his poems were translated to Arabic, Chinese, English and Greek.
International Presence as representative of the Plurinational State of Bolivia in Chile, Peru, Argentina, Ecuador, Venezuela, Mexico, and China.
