Nikolaos kihem Kotsampougioukis lives and works in Athens.
His first collection of poems is entitled “briefly” published by AΩ Publications 2021 which received the Jean Moreas 2022 Prize for Emerging Poet.
His first book/album is titled “The Turns and the Road” by κουκούτσι Publications, 2018.
He has received praise from the Hellenism Amphictyony in the “Z’ world poetry competition” with the theme: “Hellenism everywhere and its timeless values”.
He has received praise from the Municipality of Skopelos in the Panhellenic Poetry Competition ‘Kaisarios Dapontes’.
He has received praise from the Spartos Library of Aitoloakarnania in the ‘3rd Panhellenic Poetry Competition’.
He is involved in cinema as a writer and director.
He has created three short films and multiple art video projects, some of which have been awarded in international and national festivals and exhibitions.
He has participated in dozens of group photography and art exhibitions and several of his works have been selected in photographic galleries.
He has won awards in global photography competitions as well as national competitions and has been invited held his first solo art exhibition, in San Francisco, California, entitled “The Obscurity of Abstraction”.
He is a graduate of the Lykourgos Stavrakos School of Directing.
He is a graduate of the American College of Greece in the field of computer science.
He has completed design seminars at the Ornerakis School.
He has attended photography seminars at the Photography Department of the Cultural Students Club of the University of Athens.
He has completed seminars in creative writing on fairy tales at the Cacoyannis Foundation
